Gentlemen's Club Manager Responsibilities include:
- Overall operational performance of the club and overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a high-energy atmosphere of fun and exceptional guest experience.
- Selects, trains, and manages employees to deliver superior customer service.
- Cultivates an atmosphere and develops/implements ideas that will lead to maximizing revenue and profitability goals.
- Protects the clubs financial assets by properly administering policies and procedures for handling cash, credit cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and all other financial transactions.
- Ensures good planning strategies and implementing special nightclub promotions.
- Making strategic decisions while maintaining effective communication on strategic engagement.
- Cash flow management such as purchasing, inventories, sales goals, profitability, and labor planning/payroll.
- Timely and accurate processing of all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or other administrative duties for Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, etc.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment to ensure that the club's environment and revenue meet expectations and comply with applicable laws and licensing permits issued by governmental entities.
- Properly administers policies and procedures for protecting the safety of guests and employees.
- Creates and maintains customer-driven operations, empowering staff to excel in superior customer care.

Additional Information:
• Compensation range depends on experience.
- General Manager salary starts at $40,000 annually plus bonus potential.
- We will train first-time management who possess experience and skills from the restaurant, hotel, and or nightclub industries. Assistant Manager starts at $32,000 annual plus bonus potential.
